Product Description

Introduction:

Model B11 is a kind double water level switch, it can perform as precises as 3mm water level of water. It used in water level control field, like the washing machine, dish washer or closestool. it ensures your machine uses the correct amount of water for each wash cycle, preventing overflow and potential damage. 

This switch combined two seperated switches together, so it can detect 2 levels of water signal.


This Switch structured like B1 series as well, with a thin flexible diaphragm in the center of the housing(like a drumskin),
The diaphragm is separate the sensor housing into two chamber,  one is positive room, and another is negative room. The differential pressure of air will push the sealing part moving, the sealing part drive the switch on and off.
this switch can perform variable of water levels by adjusting a spring pressing oppositely against the diaphragm -

Aas water fills into the water tank, air pressure in the air-trap and therefore the switch, increases and the diaphragm distends outwards actuating against a switch which ultimately controls the water inlet valves or pump. 

when the water level falls below a preset level (the differential) a switch may open to enable the machine to stop.
