Series C61 Air Flow Pressure Senser are the ideal choice for OEM applications. They are designed with sturdy, contaminant-free construction and provide low cost, high accuracy and reliability. They have a wide operating temperature and set point range, and can be used to sense positive, negative or differential air pressure. Pressure range are available from 20Pa(-0.08" WC) to 80pa(+0.32″ wc).

The air pressure sensor of model C6 is a kind of wind pressure sensor, which can measure the low positive, negative or differential pressures. This rubber sealing part is separate the sensor housing into two chamber,  one is positive room, and another is negative room. The differential pressure of air will push the sealing part moving
So the core inside of the coil moving accordingly, that will change the Inductance of the coil, as a consequence the Oscillating circuit frequency will change as well. This is the principal of this sensor.

with LC oscillator circuit measuring elements have compensated, adjusted and amplified sensor signals which are available as standard pulse outputs.
This Means The C6 Model air pressure sensor isn't a traditional voltage or current output sensor. The output of this sensor is Square wave signal, which according to you input voltage from 3.3V to 12V, typically 5V DC.
